TERMS AND CONDITIONS

En el presente Apartado se facilitan los Términos y Condiciones que aplican a los cursos y actividades ofertadas por DIVE CENTER EL MAR DE VALENCIA SL:

1.- BOOKING OF ACTIVITIES

These are the terms and conditions that are accepted when booking any of the activities offered on our website in the BOOKING section, which are programmed with a calendar date and purchased online from our website.

Any offers or prices other than those listed on this website will be invalidated.
The company and the club are not responsible, nor are they liable, for any unforeseen changes and inclement weather conditions that may occur.
Clients who come to the school for diving courses or any other activity and have booked accommodation must take into account these circumstances, which will lead to changes or suspension of the contracted activity, either for safety or civil liability reasons. These will be reasons beyond the control of Dive Center, Club El Mar de Valencia and its employees or managers.
Los cursos y actividades , bautizos e inmersiones reservadas y pagadas caducarán al año natural de no hacerse efectivas en el mismo año de contratación. No dará lugar a ningún tipo de devolución o contraprestación por parte de la empresa.
Los alumnos de cualquier curso contratado estarán obligados a comunicarse por cualquier medio wasap, email, teléfono, etc.. con la escuela dive center el mar de valencia para informarse y tener conocimiento de horarios, practicas, días, así como cualquier tipo de información relativa al curso.
Cualquier otra información que no sea la aquí descrita no tendra validez alguna.
La devolución de los importes por curso cuando se de el caso se realizaran según facturación y días de pagos de la empresa, los 5 de cada mes.

1.1.- CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Depending on the weather we will choose the dive site. The immersion location may be changed without prior notice, depending on the weather and sea state. The safest and most favorable place will be chosen to guarantee the safety of the divers. This decision will be exclusive to the school director.

No money will be refunded for cancellations without prior notice of 144 hours in advance (6 DAYS), which must be communicated in writing to the e-mail address buceo@elmardevalencia.com o por Wasaps al 607 59 67 94.

In the event that the client cancels the dive for medical reasons, they will have to provide the corresponding proof and a voucher will be issued to redeem the Dive not taken. The conditions of the voucher will be decided by the director of the center, taking into account criteria of dates, organization, logistics, weather and sea state.

The certified divers will fill in a medical form before the dive, to determine their physical conditions, fit or unfit, according to the criteria established in the same official form.

If the contracted activity has not been paid for in advance and the client cancels within 144 hours prior to the activity, or if you do not show up on the day and time of the contracted activity, you will have to pay for the activity in full by making a bank transfer to DIVE CENTER CLUB EL MAR DE VALENCIA SL.
In case of cancellation within 144 hours of the start of the activity, or no-show on the day and time of the activity, your booking will be cancelled and you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount advanced or change of date.

In case of cancellation by the client, DIVE CENTER CLUB EL MAR DE VALENCIA SL, may change the dates, accumulate the amount advanced as a credit to your account or refund 100% of the deposit if such cancellation is made by email (buceo@elmardevalencia.com) 144 hours before the start of the activity. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment used to pay for the activity.

If you have not dived for more than 6 months, we recommend that you take a refresher dive with us or any other dive centre. In the case of not doing the refresher activity and the client books a boat dive, if the dive guide decides to cancel the dive for reasons of lack of dive techniques and notable difficulties, the client will be charged the full amount of the dive.

El Buceador Guía de la inmersión valorará las condiciones meteorológicas y el estado del mar antes de la inmersión y no forzará su realización si las condiciones no son del todo adecuadas. En todo caso se realizara la actividad en otras fechas propuestas por la empresa. No dará lugar a devolución del importe pagado.

En el caso de las reservas de cualquier servicio (inmersión de buceo, bautismo de buceo), si el cliente decide no realizar la actividad una vez empezada, suspenderla, o abandonarla por cualquier motivo, no se producirá devolución alguna del importe pagado, dado que el centro de buceo ha puesto todos los medios y servicios para la realización de la actividad. Tampoco dará lugar a realizar la actividad en otra fecha por no haberla completado de forma voluntaria.

In the case of bookings for two dives on the same day, if, after the first dive, the diver decides not to make the second dive booked, there will be no refund of the amount paid.

Las reclamaciones, devoluciones, hojas de reclamaciones se suministraran en horario de oficina solicitando cita, para no entorpecer la actividad normal de organización de la escuela y sus cursos en horario de oficina de 16h a 18h.

2.- PADI COURSES

DIVE CENTER CLUB EL MAR DE VALENCIA S.L. is an approved partner of the international diving organisation Padi, offering a wide range of diving courses.
En la sección de la web correspondiente a cada uno de los cursos ofertados, viene estipulado el temario y requisitos necesario para realizarlo. Para cualquier duda informativa, lo mejor es contactar desde alguno de nuestros formularios de contacto, o en el email buceo@elmardevalencia.com
In some of the courses offered, divers must provide an official medical examination certifying that they are fit to practice scuba diving or underwater activities.
In order to take some of the courses on offer, you must have valid insurance or a federation licence.

The courses and activities, baptisms and dives booked and paid for will expire after one calendar year if they are not paid for in the same year of contracting.

2.2.- CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

No se devolverá el importe del curso por baja voluntaria. En caso de enfermedad, embarazo o cualquier otra circunstancia medica no se devolverá el importe del curso si no se ha realizado el aviso o comunicación por email o wasap dentro de los plazos establecidos de 144 horas antes del inicio del curso. Se entregara bono para canjear y realizar el curso dentro del mismo año hasta el 31 de diciembre.

Con la reserva, pago de la actividad, declaras haber leído, comprendido y aceptas las condiciones generales, condiciones de actividades, declaración de buceo seguro y responsable, la política de cancelación y reembolso de nuestra empresa DIVE CENTER EL MAR DE VALENCIA SL.
