DIVE SITES
OPTION 1
Location: DREDGER WRECK VALENCIA.
More information: Inmersión doble en la DRAGA, barco hundido a 10 metros de profundidad. Hora de concentración en el dive center SE INDICARA EL DIA DE ANTES a la espera del ultimo parte marítimo y meteorológico. Incluido en el precio, botella, plomos, guía, desplazamiento en barco. RESERVAS POR LA WEB. Se podrá adelantar o atrasar el horario en función de las condiciones meteorológicas y marítimas. El desplazamiento se realiza en zodiac, se recomienda a las personas que sufran mareos o cualquier otra condición tomen las medidas oportunas.
Se facilitara el horario de la Inmersión una vez tengamos el ultimo parte marítimo y meteorológico del dia anterior. Sera sobre las 8 o 9 am aproximadamente. Sera necesario que el cliente contacte con el Dive center mediante email, wasap, teléfono para la confirmación de la hora. CUALQUIER OTRA INFORMACION SOBRE LA ACTIVIDAD DEBERAN CONSULTARLA AL DIVE CENTER.

Location: Valencia
More information: The dive will be carried out in a place depending on the weather and sea conditions, always looking for the most suitable and safest place.
The Immersion schedule will be provided once we have the last maritime and meteorological report from the previous day. It will be around 8 or 9 am approximately. It will be necessary for the client to contact the Dive center by email, WhatsApp, or telephone to confirm the time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Depending on the weather we will choose the dive site. The immersion location may be changed without prior notice, depending on the weather and sea state. The safest and most favorable place will be chosen to guarantee the safety of the divers. This decision will be exclusive to the school director.
No money will be refunded for cancellations without prior notice of 144 hours in advance (6 DAYS), which must be communicated in writing to the e-mail address buceo@elmardevalencia.com o por Wasap al 607 59 67 94.
In the event that the client voluntarily desists from doing the 2nd contracted dive, the amount of the same, or any other thing contracted with the dive, will not be refunded.
In the event that the client cancels the dive for medical reasons, they will have to provide the corresponding proof from the doctor specifying NOT SUITABLE FOR DIVING and a voucher will be issued to redeem the Dive not taken. The conditions of the voucher will be decided by the director of the center, taking into account criteria of dates, organization, logistics, weather and sea state.
The certified divers will fill in a medical form before the dive, to determine their physical conditions, fit or unfit, according to the criteria established in the same official form.
All activities of the dive centre shall be subject to the provisions of the RD: 550/2 june 2020 de obligado cumplimiento.
Reservations must be confirmed by the dive centre, club el mar de valencia.
At the time of booking, these mandatory conditions are accepted.
It will be under the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Valencia.
