La configuración lateral (sidemount) es una forma cada vez más popular de configurar múltiples botellas para el buceo técnico. Puedes entrar en el mundo del buceo técnico con el curso Tec Sidemount Diver y aplicar lo que aprendes en otros cursos TecRec. Tu instructor puede ofrecerte integrar este curso con los cursos Tec 40, Tec 45 o Tec 50.
Si eres PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, al menos 18 años de edad y tienes un mínimo de 30 inmersiones registradas, estás cualificado para inscribirte en un curso Tec Sidemount Diver. Se recomienda que también tengas la certificación PADI Enriched Air Diver.
Ten en cuenta que pueden aplicarse certificaciones acreditativas de otra organización de entrenamiento de buceo – pregunta a tu PADI Tec Sidemount Instructor.

Development of the Padi Tec Sidemount Course
The course lasts 2/3 days where you will do:
- Padi e-learning. From 2 to 4 hours.
- A confined water dive.
- Three open water immersions.
